Inter:views | Cracking The Entrepreneur Bottleneck

For entrepreneurs, wannabe entrepreneurs, and anybody with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Dec 30, 2021

To be and remain the best, entrepreneurs need to sharpen their skills, be disciplined, grow resilience, inspire others and make fast decisions under constant pressure.

Exactly like professional athletes.

But where professional athletes understand the importance of resting to let their bodies and minds recover, it seems most entrepreneurs don't follow their example.

Imagine what happens to professional athletes when they overtrain. They injure themselves, and potentially ruin their careers.

Well, it's exactly the same with entrepreneurs. When they overwork and forget to rest and relax, they burn out.

In this special episode of Inter:views, I invited 3 coaches to discuss founders' mindset: Evelien van EsAndrew Miller, and Joye Ra

On the menu:

  • What's the relationship between mind, body, and work?
  • We always think work, work, work although it's not sustainable long-term. Why is it so counterintuitive?
  • What negative patterns do you see with most entrepreneurs you work with? Why?
  • What should business founders do more of (or less of)?
  • How can entrepreneurs deal with pressure and failure?
  • Is it OK or not OK to show you're vulnerable when you're a business founder? Why?
  • What's your one recommendation to entrepreneurs to help build their mindset?
