Rewind is Mike's 4th company. He co-founded it in 2015, worked part-time on it, nights and weekends, for 18 months. Today, the company employs 120 staff and has raised $80m in VC capital.
Prior to that, Mike failed 2 businesses. So, we talk a lot about failure and how it has changed him.
We also discuss coaching and mentoring (yes!), the importance of finding the right dynamics between co-founders ("not all co-founders are created equal"), as well as entrepreneurship in general.
